Games Session Bookings

Session price: £7 / person per session, payable on arrival. Large group bookings require prepayment. Check Our Opening times. Members pay less - sign up today!

Session length: Bookings are made in session slots of up to 3 hours. Up to you! 1 - 3 hours. If available we recommend a 3 hour slot.

Time flies when having fun! Think you'll need more than 3 hours? You can book multiple session slots, subject to availability.

Late Party / No Shows

You must arrive at or before the start time of your confirmed booking.

Contact us if you are running late, we may be able to adjust your booking start time but this is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings of groups arriving more than 10 minutes late. Before cancelling a booking, where possible we will try to contact you to communicate this, though we cannot guarantee this so please call if you’re running late.

Session start is from your booked time slot, late arrivals to a booking will not be guaranteed extra session time.

You can adjust your booking through the booking confirmation email you receive through our bookings system, alternatively email us at gaming@badgerbadger.org for availability.

If you cannot come to your booking, please do let us know you would like to cancel. This is so we can let other people enjoy our services and avoid holding empty tables.

Bookings / Walk ins

We advise booking for a 3 hour session, and accept multiple slot bookings. However, we cannot guarantee you a 3 hour session if you book for less time, or you book a session that starts under 3 hours of our closing time.

We reserve the right to charge the full group session charge to the first party member on arrival, this is mainly to ensure quick turnaround times to avoid queues and wait times where possible. Party size changes after payment will not be guaranteed a refund if party members do not show.

We cannot guarantee available seating if additional members (above the booking size) wish to join you. They will be charged if we can seat them.

We accept walk-in sessions without a booking, however there may be less availability due to bookings. At peak times 3 hour sessions may not be available. If this is the case, your session will still be charged at our normal rate.

You are welcome to bring your own games to your session. Please let us know if there's anything we can provide to improve your experience.

Bookings are on a first-come first-serve basis.

We cannot guarantee a specific table size, we reserve the right to charge for extra seats if you would like a larger table, although this may not be possible at peak times. For more information please contact us directly for availability.

We offer Games Session bookings on both the ‘Bar’ and ‘Gaming Room’ sides of our venue. When booking, if one of these options is unavailable, it’s possible we may have tables available on the other side, so it’s always worth checking. Our Games Service is identical regardless of which ‘side’ your booking is on. We have DJs on our ‘Bar’ side from 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and we have lower light and slightly higher volume music on this side.

Group Bookings (10+ people)

Prepayment is required to confirm the booking for all group sizes of 10 or more guests. Prepayments are refundable or adjustable until a set amount of days before the booking depending on party size:

10-19 guests: 3 days

20+ guests: 7 days

Place your enquiry through the booking system, and make your prepayment by following the link provided in your ‘Enquiry Received’ follow up email.

Advance payment may be done:

  • Via our online Session Prepayment page (you must have made a booking through our system).

  • In person, during our Opening Hours or via Bank Transfer, requires confirmation of proof of payment

An 'enquiry received' email does not constitute a confirmed booking, and nor does making a prepayment until you receive booking confirmation. We'll send across a 'booking confirmation' email when we receive your prepayment except for rare cases where we're unable to confirm and will issue a refund.

Please let us know if you have any seating/table preferences at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate, though we can’t guarantee that we will be able to seat you as requested, or that your entire party will be sat on one table.

Events / Parties / Venue Hire / Corporate Bookings:

If you have purchased a ticket to an event, the ticket is only valid for that event unless stated otherwise. Cancellations and refunds are accepted up until 48 hours before the event. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

If you have any special requests such as a particular game you'd like to play, birthdays, accessibility needs or small children please do let us know in the special requests section of the booking, we'll do our best to accommodate.
